Fantastic Stay near Gare Du Nord

helpful staff convenient location prompt service

The location suited me. It was about ten minutes from Le Gare Du Nord which helped after a long train journey. The staff was kind and helpful. On my first night, reception helped me book a table at a restaurant since I arrived late.

The bathroom door did not open properly.

The hotel is relatively close to metro and bus stations. Many restaurants are located near the hotel. These places are often busy with tourists and locals in the evening. A parking garage is available nearby, offering a good discount through the hotel.

friendly staff complimentary toiletries coffee machine

The staff was friendly. I found them helpful with directions. The complimentary toiletries from L'Occitane were a nice touch. I especially liked the coffee machine in my room.

The hairdryer had a very short lead (awkward to use).

awesome stay! totally rocks

super clean rooms great decor crisp bed breakfast buffet

i really enjoyed the super clean rooms. they included great decor and crisp bed sheets which was awesome. the breakfast buffet had many options. it was super easy to walk to many attractions like the louve from its door step. the staff was so friendly!

the shower flooded the bathroom. it was a little awkward and the floor became slippery. i wish they fixed it sooner.

the lift seemed a normal size, that is not common. there was daily cleaning with new towels. the air conditioning works good.

The room I booked, a superior double room, was quite small. The carpeting looked very worn. none of the room's features were explained in English.

i found the staff very helpful. the location worked well for accessing transport links. i also appreciated the room, it seemed recently renovated. the bathroom offered nice towels and bedding.

The hotel is located in the 10th arrondissement. the area had many cool bars. young people were around the area. It was easy to reach central areas from there.
